18 month checkup

These pictures were taken at your 18 months check up. You were not happy to be there.

Harper you are 18 months old!!!
At 18 months you.....

• love to look at the moon, you point and say "moon"
• use your sign language all the time for more, milk, and all done
• like sauce with your chicken nuggets
• can fake sneeze and blow your nose. (Blowing your nose means you putting a kleenex to your nose and blowing air out of your mouth)
• run away when I mention changing your diaper or come after you with a diaper in hand 
• love any and all balls
• can feed yourself with a fork or spoon and prefer to eat that way
• still have a paci
• everyday I think you say a new word, your vocabulary is starting to take off
• like to poop in your tent
• are starting to communicate by shaking your head yes or no
• are starting to become picky about your foods
• love cheese, jelly sandwiches, and fruit, corn, broccoli and green peas
• tell your dad "bye bye"every morning without being told. You have learned his routine and when he is about to walk out you say "bye bye" to him
• you lead us by the hand when you want something
• you love to have your back scratched and if we stop you grab our hand and put it back on your back to keep going
• weigh 24.5 lbs. (75%) and are 32.25 inches long (65%)
