Paul had only one request in Gatlinburg.... to eat at a Pancake House. We let him choose and he chose a random one. I don't think it was exactly what he wanted. The popular ones had a really long wait and he wanted an authentic one. It was quite the adventure. Hopefully next time we can just go to a well known place and be done with it. Gotta love him.
